- अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा के अनुसार इस ग्रहण को अमेरिका, कनाडा, मेक्सिको और उत्तरी अमेरिका के अन्य हिस्सों में देखा जा सकेगा।
- इस पूर्ण सूर्य ग्रहण की शुरुआत भारतीय समय के अनुसार रात 9.12 बजे होगी। यही वजह है कि भारत में इसे नहीं देखा जा सकेगा।
- वहीं, यह ग्रहण 9 अप्रैल को मध्य रात्रि के बाद 2.22 बजे समाप्त होगा। यानी कि इस ग्रहण की कुल अवधि 5 घंटे 10 मिनट की रहेगी।
